Security Officer – Facility Protection

About the role

The Security Officer role at MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Shadnagar. The incumbent monitors entry and exit points, enforces access‑control procedures, and safeguards employees, visitors, and physical assets throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points and enforce access‑control policies.
• Patrol assigned areas and inspect security systems regularly.
• Document incidents and report safety or security concerns to internal stakeholders.
• Support emergency‑response protocols and assist with visitor management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong observational, situational‑awareness, and risk‑assessment abilities.
• Experience with access control, surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, and basic emergency response.
• Ability to follow and enforce security policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond promptly to incidents.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or facility protection is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications or training are beneficial.
