Security Manager – Transportation & Fire

About the role

We are looking for a Security Manager responsible for overseeing transportation security and fire safety across our operations. The role ensures the protection of assets, compliance with regulations, and effective response to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce security policies, procedures and protocols aligned with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Protect company assets by managing access control systems, surveillance monitoring and physical security measures.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate threats.
• Design, test and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans, leading actions during incidents.
• Ensure background checks, security clearances and ongoing security awareness training for all personnel.
• Liaise with law‑enforcement agencies and security consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee investigations of security breaches, theft or other incidents and report findings to senior management.
• Manage security budgets, allocate resources efficiently and supervise security personnel and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security strategy, physical asset protection and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response planning and crisis management.
• Ability to coordinate with law‑enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Experience managing security budgets and leading security teams.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
