Security & Loss Prevention Specialist – International Operations

About the role

The Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist supports Amazon’s AMZL sites worldwide, ensuring the safety of people and assets in line with global security policies. Working closely with the Security Manager and a cross‑functional team, you will deliver hands‑on security operations across a dedicated geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager with daily planning, sourcing, and execution of security processes.
• Conduct physical security rounds, monitor CCTV systems, and respond promptly to security concerns.
• Perform regular security audits, investigate policy violations, incidents, and loss events.
• Collect and analyse data from monitoring tools, reports, and interviews to identify vulnerabilities.
• Execute established incident‑response procedures and implement approved mitigation solutions.
• Maintain the health and functionality of security systems in partnership with subject‑matter experts and external suppliers.
• Coordinate with external security service providers, legal, HR, law enforcement, and other internal departments.
• Deliver loss‑prevention education and awareness programs and liaise on policy and procedure matters.

Required profile

• Investigative aptitude for audits, incident analysis, and root‑cause identification.
