Security Head – Recruitment & Training

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Security Head to lead end‑to‑end security operations across our premises. The role focuses on building a well‑trained security workforce through effective recruitment, training, and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee physical security measures such as guarding, patrolling, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
• Develop, update, and enforce security SOPs, emergency response procedures, and visitor protocols.
• Manage surveillance, access control, and alarm systems, coordinating with vendors for regular maintenance.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits, recommending preventive actions.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and external agencies as needed.
• Plan and execute manpower requirements, collaborate with HR and security agencies, and conduct interviews and background checks.
• Design and deliver training programs, run drills on emergency response, fire safety, crowd control, and soft‑skill topics.
• Maintain training records and evaluate staff performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in security operations with team management, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, industrial sites, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in recruiting and training security personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency protocols, and legal compliance.
