Security Head – Commercial Campus

About the role

The Security Head will lead security operations for a portfolio of 17 commercial buildings in Cyber City, Gurugram. Reporting to the Operation Head, you will ensure the safety of occupants, assets, and infrastructure while shaping a robust security culture across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems across all locations.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
• Develop, test, and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and building policies.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and lead the security team.
• Liaise with building management, tenants, local authorities, and emergency services.
• Prepare security reports and manage budgets and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, law enforcement, or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in security management, preferably in large commercial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of security protocols, local regulations, and emergency procedures.
