Security Guard

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Mumbai and focuses on protecting the premises, people and assets of the organization. The Security Guard will act as the first line of defense, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors and property.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
• Monitor security systems, CCTV feeds and access control points.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents or emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports and handover records.
• Assist visitors and staff with directions, access requests and basic inquiries.
• Identify and report safety hazards or suspicious behavior to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10+2 (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time on site, including weekends or night shifts if required.
• Good communication skills in English and basic knowledge of local language.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk and respond quickly throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant.
