Security Guard – Immediate Hiring in Muchipara, Durgapur

About the role

We are looking for Security Guards to join our team in Muchipara, Durgapur on an urgent basis. The role involves safeguarding the plant premises, monitoring entry and exit points, and responding to any security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guard the plant premises to prevent theft, unauthorized entry, and security breaches.
• Check and verify entry/exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Maintain entry registers and daily activity reports.
• Respond immediately to suspicious activities, alarms, or emergencies.
• Follow company security rules and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass or higher (H.S. pass acceptable).
• Height: 5’4” – 5’5”.
• Physically fit, able to stand and patrol for long periods.
• Ability to read, write and maintain basic documentation.
• Punctual, hardworking and disciplined.

Required skills

• Security awareness and basic surveillance techniques.
