Security Guard – Full‑time, 12‑hour Shifts

About the role

We are looking for disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to protect premises, personnel and assets for one of our client’s sites in Noida, Delhi/NCR. The role involves 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to two years of security experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard assigned premises, property and assets.
• Control entry and exit of visitors, employees and vehicles, verifying identification and authorising access.
• Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs.
• Conduct regular patrols and security rounds throughout the assigned area.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards or security breaches.
• Open and close gates according to operational schedules.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents or security‑related concerns.
• Assist in crowd management during peak periods and coordinate with management to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of security posts and gate areas.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 8th or 10th pass.
• Basic ability to read, write and speak English or the local language.
• Physically fit, able to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, punctual, dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Calm and professional demeanor during emergencies.
