Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry points and ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Patrol the premises regularly to detect and prevent security breaches or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
• Assist in enforcing company policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular checks of surveillance systems and perform physical inspections.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents and irregularities.
• Provide courteous service to visitors and employees while adhering to security protocols.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards and coordinate with local law enforcement when required.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observation, attention to detail and ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic security procedures.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and alarm systems.
