Security Bodyguard & Driver (VIP Protection)

About the role

The Security Bodyguard cum Driver provides dual‑role protection for VIP clients, combining close personal security with professional vehicle operation. The role involves safeguarding clients during travel, public appearances, and at residential or work locations while ensuring safe, discreet, and defensive driving.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver close physical protection to designated VIPs, CXOs, or celebrities during travel and public events.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness, conduct route surveys, risk assessments, and coordinate contingency plans.
• Operate assigned sedan, SUV, or armored vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and VIP protocols, performing pre‑trip checks and vehicle maintenance.
• Respond swiftly to attacks, medical emergencies, or road incidents, evacuating the client and notifying law enforcement as per SOP.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client schedules, locations, and personal matters.
• Secure the vehicle when parked, monitor surroundings during stops, and report any suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); age between 28 and 50 years.
• Height at least 5’8” (172 cm) and physically fit.
• Valid LMV driving licence with 3‑5 years of accident‑free driving experience.
• 3‑7 years of experience in personal security, VIP driving, or related roles; ex‑serviceman or PSO background preferred.

Required skills

• Defensive/evasive driving techniques.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge.
• Understanding of security protocols and risk assessment.
