Security Bodyguard & Driver (VIP Protection)

About the role

The Security Bodyguard cum Driver provides close personal protection to VIP clients while safely operating their vehicle. This dual‑role position requires vigilance, defensive driving expertise, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide close physical protection to designated VIPs during travel, public appearances, and at residences or workplaces.
• Conduct route surveys, risk assessments, and coordinate contingency plans.
• Operate assigned sedan, SUV or armored vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and VIP protocols.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, fuel, and roadworthiness.
• React promptly to attacks, medical emergencies, or road incidents, evacuating the principal and notifying authorities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client schedules, locations, and personal matters.
• Secure the vehicle when parked, monitor surroundings, and report suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); valid LMV driving licence.
• 3‑7 years of accident‑free driving experience and personal security or VIP driving background.
• Age 28‑50 years, height at least 5’8”, physically fit and alert.
• Prior experience as a bodyguard, ex‑serviceman, or PSO is preferred.

Required skills

• Defensive and evasive driving techniques.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge.
• Understanding of security protocols and threat assessment.
