Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Alpha Healing Center, a leading luxury inpatient rehabilitation provider in India, seeks an experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist. You will own the organic search strategy across Google, AI‑driven search engines, and local platforms, helping the brand become the most visible rehabilitation service online.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, and duplicate‑content issues.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page‑speed, site architecture, and internal linking structures.
• Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, pagination, and crawl‑budget allocation.
• Perform keyword research, create semantic content briefs, and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and image assets.
• Build topical authority, entity‑based SEO, and E‑E‑A‑T signals; target featured snippets and AI Overviews.
• Lead local SEO initiatives: Google Business Profile, citation management, NAP consistency, review strategy, and local schema implementation.
• Specialize in healthcare SEO: medical content optimization, YMYL compliance, healthcare schema, and trust‑signal enhancements.
• Optimize content for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) through AEO/GEO techniques, structured FAQs, and knowledge‑graph enrichment.
• Collaborate with developers, writers, designers, and marketing teams to execute the SEO roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical and on‑page SEO, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of Google’s evolving algorithms, AI search trends, and local search dynamics.
• Ability to translate SEO data into actionable recommendations and work cross‑functionally.
