About the role

The Growwers is seeking a motivated Search Engine Optimization Executive to join our Varanasi office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support our clients’ digital visibility through comprehensive SEO and social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high‑value search terms.
• Implement on‑page SEO improvements, including meta tags, headings, and content optimization.
• Execute link‑building campaigns and manage outreach efforts.
• Perform detailed SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the social media team to boost brand presence across platforms.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in full‑cycle SEO and content writing.
• Understanding of both international and local SEO strategies.
• Proven ability to rank websites through technical SEO practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is a plus.
