Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

The SEO Executive will lead Karma Group’s organic search strategy, ensuring the brand is highly visible and trusted across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered platforms. Working within the ORM team, you will combine technical SEO expertise with AI‑driven optimisation to strengthen the Group’s digital presence worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO audits and implement actionable optimisation plans.
• Develop and execute keyword research, search intent analysis and content optimisation strategies.
• Improve website architecture, crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals across global sites.
• Apply AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques.
• Manage Local SEO, International SEO (hreflang) and structured data (Schema markup) implementations.
• Analyse SEO performance data, produce insights and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with content, web development, AI and digital teams to align strategies.
• Support online reputation management by monitoring reviews and guiding business profile optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical optimisation.
• Experience managing SEO for medium to large or multi‑site environments.
• Background in hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging AI search trends, Google AI Overviews and LLM optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript to support technical implementations.
