About the role

Codifys Digital Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated SEO Executive to join its on‑site team in Trivandrum. You will work closely with the digital marketing department to boost organic visibility and drive traffic for a variety of client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site and off‑site SEO audits and competitive analysis.
• Perform keyword research, identify gaps, and optimize existing content.
• Create high‑quality SEO‑focused content and manage link‑building campaigns.
• Generate regular performance reports using Google Analytics.
• Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for AI‑powered search results.
• Apply structured data, schema markup, FAQs, and semantic SEO techniques to improve discoverability.
• Monitor AI search performance and adjust tactics based on evolving algorithms.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of core SEO practices and search engine algorithms.
• Familiarity with web design, site architecture, and backlink analysis.
• Excellent written communication and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of E‑E‑A‑T guidelines and entity‑based SEO.
