SDK Integration Engineer

About the role

Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges? Join our team as an SDK Integration Engineer and be at the forefront of our clients' success. You will act as the technical bridge between our SDK products and client development teams, guiding seamless Web and Mobile SDK integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead resolution of SDK integration queries as the primary technical contact for customers.
• Provide proactive onboarding support, architectural guidance, and rapid removal of integration blockers.
• Debug client code, analyze network requests, and review SDK behavior across Web and Mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with SDK Engineering and Product teams to channel feedback, report bugs, and drive usability improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive SDK documentation, integration guides, code snippets, and sample applications on GitHub.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and automated workflows to validate client implementations and scale support operations.
• Utilize analytics and monitoring tools to detect platform issues, identify integration trends, and optimize developer portals.
• Support pre‑sales and onboarding teams with technical demos, feasibility assessments, and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in SDK integration, developer support, solutions engineering, or mobile/web development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and Mobile ecosystems (iOS/Swift/Objective‑C, Android/Kotlin/Java, React Native, Flutter).
• Strong debugging expertise using Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio, network proxies, and API testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Node.js, or Shell.
