About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery, coach development teams and ensure effective collaboration across the organization. The role involves ensuring Scrum artifacts are well defined and that teams continuously improve their processes while working closely with product owners to maintain a refined backlog.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among cross‑functional teams.
- Guide teams in Scrum practices, including backlog refinement, definition of done, user stories and automated testing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing and backlog refinement.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile/Lean practices.
