Scrum Master I – Agile Team Leader

About the role

The Scrum Master I will act as a servant‑leader for a single Agile team, guiding the team and its Product Owner through SAFe practices to improve quality, predictability, flow and velocity. The role focuses on coaching, removing impediments and fostering a safe, self‑organising environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, review, retrospective, backlog refinement).
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and sequencing.
• Identify and eliminate impediments, escalating to the Release Train Engineer when needed.
• Coach the team on Agile and SAFe principles, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance metrics and address anti‑patterns.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to share best practices.
• Participate in Program Increment planning and Agile Release Train sync sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and facilitation skills (intermediate level).
• Entry‑level experience (1‑3 years) with Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to pursue continuous learning in Agile methodologies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office tools.
• Jira or Rally for Agile project tracking.
• Basic usage of AI tools for productivity.
