Scrum Master – Business Agility (Data & Analytics)

About the role

Based in Hyderabad, you will join a global healthcare biopharma leader to drive business agility across data and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on enabling Scrum teams to deliver data platforms, dashboards, automation and data products that support the company’s mission to improve health worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for 1–3 Agile teams delivering data and analytics solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to groom and maintain a well‑defined backlog aligned to business priorities.
• Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint goals and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burn‑down) and report progress to leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, agility and transparency.
• Ensure alignment with Agile best practices, scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and delivery standards.
• Support onboarding of new team members and promote engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or data environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Rally.
• Strong facilitation, communication and servant‑leadership skills.
• Exposure to data projects (data pipelines, BI dashboards, data governance, reporting).
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional IT and business teams.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent).
