SCM Analyst – Synergy

About the role

The SCM Analyst – Synergy will support market operations and order fulfillment by ensuring optimal inventory levels, timely part receipt, and high fill‑rate performance. You will act as a bridge between suppliers, purchasing, logistics and finance to resolve supply issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory at optimal levels to meet turn targets and fill‑rate KPIs.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly supply‑chain processes without backlog.
• Coordinate with sources to ensure schedule adherence and timely receipt of parts.
• Handle vehicle‑off‑road (VOR) orders, initiate air‑freight for critical backorders, and provide accurate dealer information.
• Perform denial analysis, implement containment actions and track all open issues.
• Review forecast changes, stock suggestions and validate order proposals.
• Participate in issue‑log meetings, follow escalation matrix and support ATB buy analysis.
• Collaborate with purchasing on overdue parts supportability and direct‑sourcing cost‑volume analysis.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and eliminate non‑value‑added steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, inventory management or materials planning, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle or proprietary inventory platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data modeling, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros).
• Experience using dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau.
