Scitara Technical Analyst – Integration & Cloud Engineering

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Scitara Technical Analyst. You will design, develop, test, and sustain instrument integration solutions, focusing on Scitara DLX Adaptive Workflow development and cloud platform engineering in AWS‑hosted environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and solution design for laboratory instrument and system integrations.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Scitara DLX Adaptive Workflows, including APIs, OPCUAs, parsers, orchestration logic, and JSON schemas.
• Develop backend integration services using modern API, orchestration, and event‑driven patterns.
• Deploy and operate COTS components on AWS EKS using Helm, and maintain IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), cloud services configuration (RDS, S3, MQ, ElastiCache) and platform security, monitoring, and logging.
• Collaborate with QA, validation, and quality teams to ensure GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and ALCOA++ compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with integration middleware or workflow platforms, preferably Scitara DLX.
• Hands‑on experience in regulated (GxP) environments and Agile delivery.

Required skills

• Python, SQL, JavaScript, C++.
• Experience with AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, MQ, ElastiCache) and Kubernetes/Helm.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis) and relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server).
• Automated testing frameworks (unittest, pytest, Jest, Tosca, Robot Framework).
• Jira, Confluence, JSON Schema, data governance concepts.
