Science Teacher – Middle School

About the role

We are looking for a Science Teacher to deliver engaging middle‑school lessons in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and to guide students through safe, inquiry‑based laboratory work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that connect theory to real‑life applications and ensure syllabus completion.
• Guide students through lab experiments safely, explaining underlying concepts.
• Assess students regularly through tests, practicals and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Track academic performance and work towards strong student outcomes.
• Build a positive classroom culture, mentor students and manage day‑to‑day routines.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support student development.
• Contribute to school events, exhibitions and inter‑house competitions.
• Collaborate with department and grade‑level teams, sharing resources and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc.) or related field.
• 3–4 years of middle‑school teaching experience (Grades 3–5) with CBSE board exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics for middle‑school level.
• Experience with Cambridge/CIE/IGCSE curriculum is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of academic results and student growth.
• Experience conducting science exhibitions, lab practicals or Olympiad coaching.
