School Bus Driver

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated driver to safely transport students and support school‑related activities. The position focuses on ensuring timely, secure travel while strictly adhering to all safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for students, following designated routes and maintaining schedule adherence.
• Ensure full compliance with local and school safety regulations, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve transportation policies and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
• Maintain and inspect school buses and related vehicles daily, addressing mechanical issues promptly to guarantee reliable operation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a bus driver, preferably in a school environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility to operate passenger vehicles.

Required skills

• Strong driving expertise combined with robust safety‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to interact with students, staff, and parents.
• In‑depth knowledge of transportation safety regulations and best‑practice procedures.
