Warehouse Management Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory movement, and maintain stock integrity. The role collaborates closely with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to support seamless material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle GRN, material issue, transfer, and dispatch documentation with proper verification.
• Ensure proper labeling, bin management, and FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Coordinate material requirements with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Track slow‑moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
• Maintain warehouse records, reports, and compliance with 5S, safety, and operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management.
• B.E. or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Preferable experience handling electrical/electronic components, spare parts, or engineering materials, especially in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Ability to produce accurate material handling and documentation.
• Effective coordination and communication across multiple internal teams.
