About the role

The SC Import Planner / Market Back Supply Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating the import of finished lubricants, ensuring optimal inventory deployment in Singapore to meet customer demand while controlling costs and maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the import of finished lubricants.
• Optimize inventory levels at the Singapore hub to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to guarantee timely availability and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve supply issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Monitor inventory status, supplier performance, and key supply‑chain metrics.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory plans aligned with production schedules.
• Manage and mitigate supply disruptions, both planned and unplanned.
• Drive supplier business continuity plans and ensure robustness.
• Track material usage, adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess stock, and support production volume adjustments.
