SAP Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of SAP application services for strategic enterprise customers in Bangalore. The role oversees end‑to‑end managed services, production support, enhancement projects and service transitions across a broad SAP technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of SAP managed services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Lead operational reviews, governance meetings and serve as the primary escalation point for delivery and customer issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, communicating service status, risks and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production support, enhancement requests and minor project execution across multiple SAP technologies.
• Plan resource capacity, allocate SAP consultants, support hiring and competency development.
• Monitor SLA performance, drive automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage service financials, forecasts and profitability, identifying opportunities to expand engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years managing SAP Managed Services or Application Support.
• Proven experience leading globally distributed cross‑functional teams for large enterprise customers.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP/DS, SAP Advanced Variant Configuration, SAP Basis, SAP Security & GRC, SAP Redwood, SAP Winshuttle, SAP Enterworks, Centric PLM.
• Service delivery tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager.
• Productivity platforms: Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT.
