SAP S4HANA Senior Project Manager

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Senior Project Manager to lead global template rollouts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, multi‑country SAP projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project plans for global template rollouts, optimizing schedule and cost.
• Map stakeholders across large, complex programs and direct tasks, requests, and escalations appropriately.
• Plan and monitor activities for each project phase, including capacity planning at granular levels.
• Partner with worldwide resource managers to secure required capacities.
• Create and lead project teams, providing clear direction and governance.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure execution within quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
• Establish standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and project/program management.
• 7+ years specifically as a Project Manager.
• At least 4 end‑to‑end SAP implementations, with a minimum of two in S/4HANA.
• Educational background: BE, MBA, CA or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.

Required skills

• Execution of large, multi‑year, multi‑country global template rollout projects.
• Experience with Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, monitoring, and control.
• Ability to manage multicultural, multi‑functional international teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication in an international context.
• Strong project management expertise and hands‑on experience in SAP functional modules.
