SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant – Order Management Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Order Management solutions across multiple TCS locations in India. The role involves designing, implementing and optimizing Sales Order Management, pricing, billing and revenue processes for global, multi‑country rollouts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead SAP SD / Order Management solution architecture for S/4HANA projects.
• Design and optimise Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C) processes, including order processing, pricing, discounting, delivery, shipping, billing and invoicing.
• Architect multi‑channel order management solutions integrating ERP with CX/e‑Commerce platforms.
• Define integration with SAP FI, MM, EWM, TM and external systems.
• Implement advanced ATP (aATP) and order fulfillment strategies.
• Lead data migration, master data governance and harmonisation for customer and sales data.
• Drive adoption of S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
• Conduct solution design workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions and oversee testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order Management, with proven experience as a Solution Architect on S/4HANA SD programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering global or multi‑country SAP rollouts.
