SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager to lead end‑to‑end migration projects for Bosch Global Software Technologies. You will coordinate with business teams and project managers across Europe and North America, ensuring smooth migration from preparation to go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate migration projects from planning through cut‑over and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to gather migration requirements.
• Develop and own migration objects, technical solutions, and migration cut‑over plans.
• Provide guidance to the technical migration team in India and act as the single point of contact for technical data migration.
• Track, report, and communicate project status to management on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP data migration, including at least two S/4HANA rollout projects as Migration Manager.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale migration initiatives and lead cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong experience in migration management (planning, tracking, reporting, cut‑over).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BODS (minimum three projects).
• Deep knowledge of SAP processes relevant to data migration.
