SAP PMO Specialist – Advisory (Kolkata)

About the role

PwC is seeking an SAP PMO Specialist to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata. You will support the SAP Project Management Office by tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams, helping clients optimise operational efficiency with SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the SAP PMO team in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation related to SAP project plans, schedules, status reports, risks, and issues.
• Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and preparation of presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure effective communication across project teams.
• Assist in maintaining project management tools and repositories.
• Monitor adherence to project governance and highlight potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP PMO.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to gather project updates and support change‑control processes.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business applications, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP consulting, project coordination, or PMO environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
