SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Pune on a part‑time basis. You will work on SAP S/4HANA PM/CS projects, helping customers optimise their maintenance processes and ensuring smooth post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance functionality using best practices.
• Implement project solutions in SAP PM/CS and provide application‑managed support.
• Document business processes and system support for SAP S/4HANA.
• Support the full project lifecycle: training, implementation, testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
• Translate customer requirements into system configurations or custom developments.
• Perform quality checks before delivering changes to requestors.
• Collaborate with business consultants, application specialists, and developers to align requirements with system capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM & Asset Management on S/4HANA.
• Technical degree (BTech/MTech/Mechanical) or MBA.
• Strong customer focus and excellent English communication skills.
• Positive team attitude and ability to work effectively with others.
