SAP MM Consultant for Application Support and Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an SAP MM Consultant to join our Application Support and Maintenance team in Bangalore. The role focuses on handling end‑user tickets, ensuring smooth procure‑to‑pay processes, and delivering high‑quality solutions within agreed KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve issues raised by end users through ServiceNow (SMT/ITSMD) ticketing system.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions while adhering to defined KPIs.
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation for resolved tickets.
• Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and learning activities with the team.
• Participate in ad‑hoc activities and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in SAP MM support and rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of standard SAP MM business functions and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise structure, master data, special procurement, outline agreements, release strategies, pricing procedures, and the PR/PO cycle.
• Good grasp of cross‑module integration with logistics (SD, LE) and finance.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities and customer‑facing communication skills.
