SAP Integration Manager – CPI & Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Manager to lead integration projects for clients, focusing on SAP CPI, SAP PO and ABAP solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, implement and support integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems, helping them achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase integration work to clients and generate additional project opportunities.
• Develop and present integration designs, estimates and timelines.
• Lead small to medium sized project teams, ensuring quality delivery.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Participate in infrastructure discussions related to interface architecture.

• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to estimate effort accurately and plan project timelines.
• Team‑player mindset with proven leadership of medium‑size teams.
• Focus on coaching and developing junior team members.
• Proactive attitude toward showcasing integration capabilities to clients.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing integration tracks in medium to large scale SAP projects.
• Designing integration solutions between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP CPI, SAP PO and SAP ABAP.
• Ability to engage in infrastructure and interface discussions.
