SAP HANA MM / Ariba Consultant

About the role

ECS is looking for a highly skilled SAP Procurement consultant covering S/4 HANA and Ariba, with SAP implementation and development focus on ECC and S/4 HANA Material Management, SAP Ariba and related platforms. The role works with business stakeholders to identify IT requirements, designs end-to-end solutions, manages procurement processes and ensures compliance with Enterprise Architecture and IT service management standards. It calls for hands-on SAP expertise, strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP procurement solutions.
• Proven ability to address IT and operational needs through innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills, and excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Required skills

• Mandatory: proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA Material Management and SAP Ariba; SAP certified in MM and Ariba.
• Designing and developing end-to-end business process solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Networking knowledge, including document traffic monitoring (IDocs and XML) and payment channel traffic.
• Managing SRM user accounts, organizational structures and external vendor support.
• Troubleshooting L3-level tickets, incidents and service requests under ISO 20000 ITSM standards.
• Building supplier collaboration solutions with SAP Fiori and Webdynpro.
• Project implementation methods such as Agile (Scrum), Activate Methodology and Solution Manager.
• Nice to have: public tendering and executive tendering committee support, master data objects and cutover approaches, scripting and automation tools, application upgrades and maintenance, and supporting external IT vendors.
