SAP Functional Expert – Order Management

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for an experienced SAP Functional Expert in Order Management to join its global ERP transformation. Based in Pune, you will design, develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA Order-to‑Cash and Order Management solutions that support large‑scale manufacturing and mining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, enhance and maintain scalable SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash and Order Management solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with global architecture standards.
• Leverage Advanced ATP, A‑Run, Supply Protection and Backorder Processing to optimise supply‑chain execution.
• Integrate Order Management processes with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, finance and GTS where applicable.
• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA project implementations, configurations, testing and roll‑out activities.
• Ensure compliance, quality documentation and provide expert‑level support for complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a SAP Order Management functional consultant, preferably in a manufacturing or mining environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash and Order Management modules.
• Hands‑on experience with Advanced ATP, A‑Run, Supply Protection and Backorder Processing.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional business and IT teams.
