SAP FI Tax Manager – Tax Technology

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP FI Tax Manager to lead tax‑focused ERP solutioning and implementation for its clients in India. You will combine deep SAP finance knowledge with expertise in Indian GST to deliver innovative tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP FI in ECC and S/4HANA, including tax codes and procedures.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, ISD transactions and Inter‑company Accounting.
• Collaborate with SAP MM and SD modules to ensure seamless integration.
• Plan, run and manage workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide end‑to‑end ERP implementation and support for tax‑related projects, with a focus on Indian GST compliance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience as an SAP FI functional consultant, either in a consulting firm or an internal IT department.
• Proven track record delivering SAP FI implementations and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Indian tax regulations, especially GST.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for client workshops.
