SAP EWM Warehouse Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM professional to lead warehouse transformation initiatives across India. You will partner with business and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end digital solutions on SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM advisory engagements, including as‑is/to‑be assessments, fit‑gap analysis, and blueprinting.
• Drive full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA (embedded and decentralized).
• Align warehouse processes with SAP EWM capabilities and industry best practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across business and IT.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Produce transformation deliverables such as process maps, documentation, and project assets.
• Recommend process improvements and digital solutions for warehouse optimization.
• Coordinate project phases including estimations, design, and implementation in agile environments.

Required profile

• 10–14 years of SAP experience, preferably with a consulting background.
• B.Tech mandatory; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in blueprinting, fit‑gap, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Agile project experience is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA EWM (inbound, outbound, internal processes, RF, MFS, innovations).
• Integration with SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, QM, TM.
• Experience with SAP & non‑SAP system integrations.
• Tools: Microsoft Visio, PowerBI, Signavio, PowerApps, AI/Automation, Analytics, GenAI.
