SAP Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad as an SAP Developer supporting the SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Invoice processes. You will work in an ITIL‑aligned support environment, focusing on incident analysis, root‑cause identification, and reliable resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to SAP S/4HANA SD / Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Document tickets, perform structured problem analysis, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain SAP Standard and Clean Core principles, avoiding custom workarounds.
• Support integration points with MM, FI/CO, TM and basic EDI flows.
• Monitor interfaces such as CPI flows, APIs, and Kafka streams, and interpret system logs and ABAP traces.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash (sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing).
• Understanding of ITIL incident handling and service‑oriented work style.
• Methodical approach with strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to continuously build expertise on SAP standards.
