SAP Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end service delivery for transformational SAP projects and Application Management Services (AMS) at Bosch Global Software Technologies. The role involves overseeing business operations, people, and delivery processes across multiple geographies while ensuring high‑quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large‑scale SAP implementations (greenfield, brownfield, hybrid) and AMS engagements, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams, driving operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with C‑suite clients, handling escalations and stakeholder communications.
• Own P&L for the assigned portfolio, driving top‑line growth and bottom‑line profitability.
• Implement automation, process improvements and risk‑management strategies to enhance delivery quality.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of progressive experience in SAP delivery management, consulting and practice leadership.
• Proven track record of managing transformational SAP projects and AMS operations across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability and experience handling multi‑account portfolios.
• Strong business acumen with excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and SAP Cloud solutions.
• Core SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR.
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and AMS service delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and operational excellence practices.
