SAP CRM Specialist – Sales & Service Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM specialist to support our Sales and Service Cloud solutions. You will work closely with product owners, CRM capability experts, and the C4C team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for users across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to end‑users of SAP Sales and Service modules.
• Assist product owners and CRM experts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Create, maintain, and improve SAP C4C training documentation and deliver training sessions.
• Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address bug fixes and technical requirements.
• Prepare business and technical requirement documents.
• Manage manual and automated data imports and perform data quality checks.
• Document processes, interfaces, and system configurations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or a related field with an IT focus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with CRM solutions (SAP C4C preferred) and implementation projects.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
