SAP Commerce Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Commerce Business Analyst to join our technology powerhouse in Bengaluru. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions meet the evolving e‑commerce needs of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, use cases, user stories and business process diagrams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and project managers to drive successful implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by defining test scenarios and assisting business users.
• Identify gaps between business needs and SAP Commerce capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
• Assist with data migration, integration, configuration and SAP Commerce Back‑Office activities.
• Provide training and ongoing support to business users on SAP Commerce functionalities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP Commerce (Hybris) projects.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C e‑commerce processes and customer journeys.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and writing user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• SAP Commerce (Hybris) functional knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce modules such as Product Content Management, Order Management and Customer Service.
• Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based deployments, especially SAP Commerce Cloud.
