SAP CAP & AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SAP CAP & AI Developer to join our global, multicultural team. You will work closely with product owners and engineers to translate customer needs into robust, AI‑enhanced SAP solutions, following an agile development approach.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to gather and verify technical requirements.
• Own and manage impediments, escalations, and corrective actions within agile sprints.
• Analyze development, Scrum, and agile processes to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end SAP BTP projects using CAP, Cloud Foundry, and related services.
• Integrate AI frameworks (Langchain, Langgraph, Langsmith) and large language models into SAP extensions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, security concepts (XSUAA, IAS/IdP, OAuth) and service consumption from SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Participate in knowledge exchange with colleagues worldwide to refine solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP solutions and products.
• At least 2 years developing SAP CAP side‑by‑side extensions.
• 1+ year as a senior SAP technical developer.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, “go‑getter” attitude.
• Experience in multinational, distributed software development environments is a plus.
