About the role
The SAP Business Analytics Support Consultant will deliver Level 2/3 support for SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and SAP Business Analytics solutions at Bosch’s Bengaluru centre. You will troubleshoot issues, optimise performance and manage the lifecycle of analytics content across development, QA and production environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Analytics Cloud stories, models, dashboards and planning solutions, including data connectivity, refresh and performance issues.
- Monitor and support data acquisition between SAC and source systems such as SAP BW/4HANA.
- Deploy and manage SAC content across environments, ensuring proper lifecycle governance.
- Deliver L2/L3 support for Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets and workspaces, handling refresh failures, gateway problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Coordinate data quality investigations with source‑system owners and optimise DAX calculations and data models.
- Support Power BI content promotion through Development, QA and Production, and validate outputs against business requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Business Analytics applications, resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor system health, batch jobs, data loads and ensure timely availability of business reports and dashboards.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering L2/L3 support for SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or SAP Business Analytics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse performance issues and optimise models or queries.
- Experience working with SAP BW/4HANA, HANA views and data integration pipelines.
- Ability to work within defined SLAs, perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with source‑system owners and business users.
