SAP B4Hana Developer – Data & Analytics

About the role

The SAP B4Hana Developer will act as a bridge between business performance management teams and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions. You will be responsible for data modelling, report development and maintaining the IM Performance Dashboard within Airbus' Digital Transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement SAP B4Hana solutions that match business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance the IM Performance Dashboard, handling change requests and new data visualisation needs.
• Cleanse, refine and extract data sets for analytical purposes, expanding the Master Data Management repository.
• Collaborate with Product & Service Lines to ensure convergence of data and reporting solutions.
• Support stakeholder communication and manage expectations across diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Graduate in IT, engineering, applied mathematics or a related big‑data field.
• Strong experience in data modelling, integration and quality management.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
