Salon Manager – Spa Operations

About the role

The Salon Manager will lead the daily operations of a full‑service spa, overseeing salon, skin‑care, massage, reception and locker‑room areas. Reporting to the Spa Director, this role ensures both guest satisfaction and employee performance while meeting budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all spa staff, ensuring proper supplies, equipment and uniforms are available.
• Manage budgets, operating statements and payroll reports to support financial goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all spa facilities and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, complaints and empower staff to exceed service standards.
• Conduct HR activities including employee feedback, performance reviews, discipline procedures and recognition programs.
• Oversee inventory control and supply ordering within budget constraints.
• Assume Spa Director duties in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong understanding of budget management and operational finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction.
