Salesforce Manager - Remote (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to own and evolve our enterprise CRM platform. This remote position works on a US shift and focuses on AI‑enabled automation across sales, marketing, customer service and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM strategy, roadmap, architecture and backlog for Marketing, Sales, Service and Analytics.
• Provide technical leadership on Salesforce development, integrations, security, performance and deployment.
• Review solution designs, ensure code quality, testing, maintainability and adherence to best practices.
• Guide developers through complex Apex, LWC and governor‑limit challenges.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, legacy integrations and inefficient automations.
• Lead data governance, validation, profiling, cleansing, UAT and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in CRM Manager, Product Owner or Senior Administrator roles.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Proven experience owning architecture, security, performance, deployment and production support.
• Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics within a CRM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
