Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & CPQ

About the role

Birlasoft is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and build robust solutions on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. You will work in a fast‑paced, US‑shift environment, collaborating with architects, analysts and business stakeholders across PAN India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Write high‑quality, scalable code using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows and Aura.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend out‑of‑the‑box or custom solutions.
• Apply best practices for maintainability, performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in solutioning discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficiency with LWC, Apex, Flows and Aura components.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns and best practices.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).
