Salesforce Developer (CPQ Focus)

About the role

Open Systems is looking for a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on CPQ to own and evolve its Quote‑to‑Cash automation. You will work closely with a Core Platform Salesforce Developer to migrate and enhance pricing, quoting, and revenue‑automation components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ configurations, including products, pricing, bundles, and discount schedules.
• Develop and optimise quoting workflows, approval processes, and subscription/renewal logic.
• Support migration workstreams related to pricing, quoting, and contract‑to‑cash.
• Deliver CPQ solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
• Establish CPQ development standards, create technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Identify and remediate CPQ technical debt and automate pricing and approval processes.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of Salesforce development experience with hands‑on CPQ expertise.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex pricing, configuration, and quoting issues.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with downstream business systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Quote‑to‑Cash implementations.
