Salesforce Architect – Agentforce (6-Month Contract)

About the role

PWORLD is hiring two remote Salesforce Architects for a 6-month contract focused on Agentforce and Salesforce AI solutions. The budget is stated as 1.8-2 LPM, and candidates are placed on TalentXO's payroll. Immediate joining is required, with onboarding expected within about a week.

Key responsibilities

• Define Salesforce and Agentforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, guardrails and AI-driven workflows.
• Architect solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360 and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, middleware, Named Credentials and asynchronous processing.
• Define data models, security, sharing, identity, access and governance strategies.
• Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance and platform limitations.
• Provide technical leadership and review designs, code, integrations and deployment strategies.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release and deployment standards.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and work with stakeholders to turn requirements into solution architectures.

Required profile

• 8+ years of total Salesforce experience, including 4+ years in a Salesforce architect or solution-design role.
• Hands-on experience designing Agentforce / Salesforce AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on command of the Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and defining data models, security and governance.
• Technical leadership experience, including CI/CD and DevOps standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable with a 6-month contract and able to join immediately.

The interview process has two rounds: a role-specific interview followed by a final interview.
