Sales Trainer & Quality Auditor (Inside Sales)

About the role

The Quality Auditor cum Trainer will drive sales excellence and ensure consistent customer experiences for the Economic Times Learning business. You will audit advisor interactions, evaluate lead‑nurturing effectiveness, and deliver targeted coaching and training to improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily advisor calls, emails, WhatsApp chats and lead‑nurturing touchpoints using quality scorecards.
• Assess communication, empathy, product knowledge, objection handling, compliance and process adherence.
• Identify performance gaps and design focused coaching interventions.
• Conduct training programs to enhance advisor capabilities and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, quality auditing or training, preferably in an inside‑sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate interactions against defined criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and act as a bridge between multiple functional teams.
